The records attached hereto are true and correct copies of records maintained by MyCourtDocs in the regular course of business.

These records were:

• Made at or near the time of the events recorded,
• By, or from information transmitted by, a person with knowledge of those events,
• Kept in the regular course of MyCourtDocs' regularly conducted business activity,
• Created as part of routine documentation functionality within the software platform.

It was the regular practice of MyCourtDocs to maintain such records.

The records were not created for the purpose of litigation but were generated as part of standard user documentation processes.
