1. Software Tool Only

MyCourtDocs is a documentation and organizational software application. It is not a law firm, legal service, legal advisor, court filing service, paralegal service, or legal technology service providing legal guidance. No feature, output, or content of the Platform constitutes or should be construed as legal advice, a legal opinion, legal representation, or legal strategy of any kind.

2. No Professional Relationship

Your use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, professional-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and MyCourtDocs, LLC or any of its employees, officers, directors, agents, or affiliates.

3. No Guarantees Whatsoever

MyCourtDocs makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, promises, or warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding:

• The admissibility, legal sufficiency, or evidentiary weight of any record, document, export, or output
• The outcome of any legal case, hearing, trial, mediation, arbitration, custody evaluation, or dispute
• The accuracy, completeness, correctness, or reliability of any feature, output, AI content, or automated result
• The suitability of the Platform for any particular legal, personal, or professional purpose
• Compliance with any court rules, local rules, evidentiary standards, or jurisdictional requirements
• The preservation, security, or availability of any data or records

4. Complete Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you are voluntarily choosing to use a software tool at your sole and exclusive risk. You understand that:

• You are solely responsible for all information you enter, create, store, or export
• You are solely responsible for determining whether any content is appropriate, accurate, or suitable for any use
• You are solely responsible for all decisions regarding your legal matters
• You must independently verify all outputs, suggestions, and automated content
• You must comply with all applicable laws, court orders, and rules in your jurisdiction
• You must obtain qualified legal counsel for any legal advice or guidance
• MyCourtDocs is not responsible for any consequence of your use of the Platform

5. Waiver & Release

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU VOLUNTARILY, KNOWINGLY, INTENTIONALLY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND FOREVER RELINQUISH ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, RIGHTS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE — WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, EXISTING OR ARISING IN THE FUTURE — THAT YOU HAVE OR MAY HAVE AGAINST MYCOURTDOCS, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS.

This release applies to claims of any nature, including but not limited to claims based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory rights, constitutional rights, or any other legal or equitable theory.

6. Covenant Not to Sue

You agree that you will not sue, file a claim against, commence proceedings against, or seek any form of legal or equitable relief from MyCourtDocs, LLC or any Released Party (as defined in the Terms of Service) for any matter arising from or related to your use of the Platform. If you initiate any proceeding in violation of this covenant, you agree to pay all defense costs, attorneys' fees, and expenses incurred by MyCourtDocs.

7. No Liability

Under no circumstances shall MyCourtDocs, LLC or any Released Party be liable for any damages of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Adverse court rulings or legal outcomes
• Loss or modification of custody, visitation, or parental rights
• Financial loss or damages of any kind
• Emotional or psychological harm
• Reliance on any Platform feature, output, or content
• Loss, corruption, or breach of data
• Any third-party claim arising from your use

8. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to mandatory binding arbitration in Denton County, Texas, as set forth in the Terms of Service.
